If you have a question about an order — production status, delivery, a damaged item — please email us with your order reference (the one starting with WMS- in your confirmation email). We'll sort it out.

For interview suggestions

If you know a winemaker, sommelier or cellar master whose story should be on the podcast, tell us. Send a one-paragraph pitch and the contact details, and we'll take it from there.

For partnerships

Wine trade, wine schools, media partnerships, sponsoring an episode — same address, but include "PARTNERSHIP" in the subject line and the team will route it to the right person.
